Occasionally, we may offer physical resources or merchandise such as workbooks or printed materials.

6. Fee and Scheduling

All fees are due according to the plan selected. Coaching sessions require scheduling in advance. You may modify your schedule up to 14 days before the session date without penalty by contacting us via our contact form. Cancellations within 14 days may incur charges.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Coaching Services

If you cancel a coaching engagement at least 14 days prior to the first session, you are eligible for a refund of 50% of the fee paid. Alternatively, you may opt to reschedule all sessions within six months of the original start date at no extra fee. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice are not eligible for a refund, due to the preparation and resource allocation involved.

7.2 Infoproducts

Digital products may be eligible for a refund within seven days of purchase, provided the product has not been downloaded or accessed. Once access is granted or a download is initiated, no refund can be granted, as the content becomes immediately available.

7.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with sending an item back. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

8. No-Refund Services

Certain workshops or exclusive events may be marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase. This is due to limited seating, tailored materials, and planning commitments. Any such designation will be clearly noted on the event registration page.
